Denson Angulo

Dr. Denson Angulo is one of Utah's most sought-after bass players. With skills in all styles of music, Denson keeps busy playing live, teaching and recording. Denson is both a formidable jazz/contemporary bassist, and classical double bass player. Denson is the principal bassist for Sinfonia Salt Lake, and the leader of his new trio Chromium3. He is also a prolific freelance bassist in the Salt Lake Metro area, having played with many of the music community's finest artists. As an educator he has taught at the collegiate level for 20 years, given master classes around the world, and held a private teaching studio for 30 years.
